How to donate – you can impact the lives of people in your community by making a donation to the Mt. Baker Chapter of the American Red Cross.

 

There are many ways you can choose to do this...


Donate online – every contribution will provide vital services and resources for the Mt. Baker Chapter. Here is how your dollars can work.


$50 – provides groceries for a one displaced person because of a fire, flood, or other disaster
$75 – replaces prescription glasses melted by fire
$130 – clothes a child who has lost everything in a house fire
$500 – can help pay medical expenses for an injured senior
$1000 – buys 40 home clean up kits for use after a fire or flood
$1500 – is the average cost of Red Cross disaster relief for a family
$2500 – supports an Emergency Response Vehicle to feed and care for people in a disaster area
$5000 – trains 50 volunteers to assist thousands during a disaster

 

Make a memorial – in honor of a departed loved one, a friend, or a Gift in Tribute to a family member, friend, or business colleague for an occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, or special holiday. We will provide the gift announcement card. Email us at info@mtbredcross.org and put memorial or tribute donation in the subject line.

Recycle your Vehicle - Recycle your vehicle at Scrap-It and donate the  proceeds of the sale to the Mt. Baker Chapter of the American Red Cross. For details contact Scrap- It at 360-734-1112.

Membership in the Clara Barton Society is open to all who share a commitment to ensuring the safety of the community and support the Chapter with an annual contribution of $1,000 or more.
